Terms of Service

Last updated: February 8, 2025

1. Nature of Service

OP_FLASH is a Telegram-based trading bot that lets you buy, sell, and manage tokens on OPNet — a smart contract platform running on Bitcoin Layer 1.

The bot provides automated trading features including instant swaps, copy trading, sniping, dollar-cost averaging (DCA), limit orders, stop-loss, and take-profit orders. All trades are executed against OPNet smart contracts on the Bitcoin blockchain.

OP_FLASH is not an exchange, broker, or financial institution. It is a tool that executes transactions on your behalf based on your instructions.

2. Wallet & Security Model

When you create a wallet through OP_FLASH, the bot generates a Bitcoin wallet and encrypts it using AES-256-GCM with scrypt key derivation. The encrypted wallet is stored on our server.

Important: This is a server-side custody model. The encryption key is held on the server, which means the service has the theoretical ability to decrypt your wallet. This is the same trust model used by other Telegram trading bots like BananaGun and Maestro. By using OP_FLASH, you accept this trust model.

You can export your private key or mnemonic at any time using the Wallet menu. We strongly recommend exporting and securely backing up your keys. You can use your exported keys in any standard Bitcoin wallet.

We encrypt wallets at rest and follow reasonable security practices, but no system is perfectly secure. You should not store more funds in the bot than you are willing to lose.

3. Risks

Using OP_FLASH involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Smart contract risk: OPNet contracts could contain bugs or vulnerabilities that result in loss of funds.
  • Market risk: Bitcoin and token prices are volatile. You can lose some or all of your investment.
  • Irreversibility: Bitcoin transactions are final. Once a trade executes on-chain, it cannot be reversed.
  • Network congestion: Bitcoin network fees fluctuate. High congestion can make trades expensive or slow.
  • Protocol risk: OPNet is a relatively new protocol. Changes, upgrades, or failures in the protocol could affect your funds or the bot's functionality.
  • Liquidity risk: Tokens may have low liquidity, resulting in high slippage or inability to sell.
  • Server risk: Server downtime, bugs, or security incidents could temporarily or permanently affect access to funds.

You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

4. Fees

OP_FLASH charges a trading fee on each swap, collected as a BTC output in the transaction itself:

  • Free tier: 1% per swap
  • Pro tier: 0.75% per swap
  • Whale tier: 0.5% per swap

In addition to OP_FLASH fees, you will also pay:

  • Bitcoin network fees: Standard miner fees for each transaction (varies with network congestion).
  • OPNet execution fees: Gas costs for interacting with OPNet smart contracts.

Fee tiers and rates may change. Any changes will be announced through the bot.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided by OP_FLASH — including price data, portfolio displays, PnL calculations, alerts, or any other information — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade.

OP_FLASH is not a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary. We do not make recommendations about which tokens to buy or sell. All trading decisions are yours alone.

6. No Guarantees

OP_FLASH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service.
  • We do not guarantee that trades will execute at expected prices.
  • We do not guarantee profits or protection from losses.
  • We do not guarantee that automated features (snipers, copy trading, limit orders, DCA) will execute correctly in all market conditions.

Automated trading carries inherent risks. Bots can malfunction, and market conditions can change faster than any system can react.

7. User Responsibility

By using OP_FLASH, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
  • You understand the risks of trading cryptocurrencies and interacting with smart contracts.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations.
  • You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this service.
  • You will secure your Telegram account and not share access with unauthorized parties.
  • You will export and back up your wallet keys if you want full control of your funds.

8. Privacy & Data

OP_FLASH collects and stores the following data:

  • Telegram ID and username — to identify your account.
  • Encrypted wallet data — your wallet mnemonic, encrypted with AES-256-GCM, stored in PostgreSQL.
  • Trade history — records of your swaps, orders, and transactions.
  • Order configurations — your limit orders, DCA schedules, copy trade settings, sniper configs, and alerts.
  • Wallet addresses — your Bitcoin addresses and addresses you track via copy trading.
  • Bot settings — your preferences (slippage, fees, notifications, etc.).

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties. Data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database on our servers.

You can request deletion of your data by contacting us. Note that on-chain transaction data is permanent and cannot be deleted from the Bitcoin blockchain.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use OP_FLASH for:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Evading economic sanctions or trade restrictions.
  • Market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activity.
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users engaged in prohibited activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OP_FLASH and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of funds due to trading, smart contract failures, or security incidents.
  • Failed or delayed transaction execution.
  • Errors in price data, portfolio calculations, or automated order execution.
  • Service downtime or interruptions.
  • Actions of third parties, including OPNet protocol changes or Bitcoin network issues.

Your total liability claim against OP_FLASH shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Continued use of OP_FLASH after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the service and export your wallet keys.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Italy.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of OP_FLASH shall be resolved in the competent courts of Italy.

Note: This section should be completed with the advice of a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
